Ayur-who? An Intro to Ayurveda November 8th, 11-1PM

Pop Up Workshop Alert!! Learn the wisdom of India’s longest healthcare system! This is an intro workshop that will be equal parts educational, interactive, and routine building. You will learn: -A standard wellness routine -The elements and how they help keep you in balance -About the gunas and doshas -How to use the seasons to your advantage- no more seasonal slide! -How to mirror the flow of the day to maximize productivity and rest. You will have printed material to take home to circle back to when needing a refresher! When: 11/8/2025 Where: Zen Sister Healing Time: 11-1PM Investment:$45 Spots are limited to 10 to allow everyone time to ask questions and participate if guided.

Reiki First Degree Certification November 15th, 2025 12 -7:30PM

In the class you will learn the history of Reiki, Chakra systems, correct hand positions, how to ground and become an open channel. You will learn the importance of protecting your own energy and the energy of those you share Reiki with. You will also leave with a deeper understanding of Reiki and its benefits. Once attuned to Reiki it is always with you. If you don’t practice it for some time to come and want to come back to it later you will still be a channel! Sound a little confusing? The best example would be if those not attuned to Reiki were on a AM frequency and Reiki energy is on a FM frequency. By the end of class you would be on that same FM frequency. You do not have to have a special gift or skills to be attuned to Reiki. We all have that love and light in us already, this class allows you to access/connect with this energy to share with yourself and others!
