Mantras, Mudras, Meditation Workshop, Auigust 29th, 2026 10:30 - 12pm

Want to move some energy in the throat to allow you to find your truth and voice? Join us for Mantras, Mudras, and Meditation! In this workshop you will learn different mudras(hand gestures that help channel flow of energy), Mantras(each designed to uplift, restore, and balance), and meditations (calm the mind, surrender to the heart). While working with these ancient traditions you will leave feeling invigorated and powerful. These will be tools you can use throughout your daily life that will enhance your quality of life while also helping manage anxiety and stress. No experience is needed. While you will be encouraged to use your voice there are still many benefits just from being in the space and letting the sounds was over you.

Reiki First Degree Certification -August 22nd, 2026

August 22nd, 2026, 10:30-5:30PM In this class you will receive four attunements that will put you on the same frequency of Reiki energy! We are all made of energy, as is everything in this world. After receiving attunements it allows Reiki energy to flow through you. These attunements are the same that Dr. Usui did when he was teaching Reiki to his companions and students. Sound a little confusing? The best example would be if those not attuned to Reiki were on a AM frequency and Reiki energy is on a FM frequency. By the end of class you would be on that same FM frequency. You do not have to have a special gift or skills to be attuned to Reiki. We all have that love and light in us already, this class allows you to access/connect with this energy to share with yourself and others!

Reiki Second Degree Certification - October 17th, 2026 10:30am- 5PM

Reiki Second Degree is the next level of Reiki on your journey! When coming to a Reiki II class you will have spent some time becoming more familiar with the energy and how it flows through you. It is a natural progression when working with energy to want to learn more as well as have it flow through you more efficiently! In this class you will receive two additional attunements. You will learn the Power symbol and how this helps in increasing the flow of energy, the Psychological symbol that allows you to connect with the subconscious, and the Long Distance symbol that lets you send Reiki anywhere in the world! There will be time going in-depth on these symbols, delving into their uses, what and where you can use it, and also how to draw them! There will be space to discuss things that you have experienced since Reiki I as well as ample time to ask questions. You will spend time practicing Reiki with the symbols throughout the class!
