Reiki First Degree Certification November 8th, 2025 10-5:30PM

In the class you will learn the history of Reiki, Chakra systems, correct hand positions, how to ground and become an open channel. You will learn the importance of protecting your own energy and the energy of those you share Reiki with. You will also leave with a deeper understanding of Reiki and its benefits. Once attuned to Reiki it is always with you. If you don’t practice it for some time to come and want to come back to it later you will still be a channel! Sound a little confusing? The best example would be if those not attuned to Reiki were on a AM frequency and Reiki energy is on a FM frequency. By the end of class you would be on that same FM frequency. You do not have to have a special gift or skills to be attuned to Reiki. We all have that love and light in us already, this class allows you to access/connect with this energy to share with yourself and others!

Mondays, 5:45pm - 6:45pm Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. While you will build endurance and strength, Kundalini focuses on moving the spiritual energy in the body. You will be led through postures in repetition, work with the breath, mantra, and music to release blockages and to heal. These practices are suitable to all levels and ages. You will want to have a pillow and blanket handy! You will also receive a replay within 72 hours in case you missed this time!

Yoga in the Galleries offers a chance to connect with both your body and the art around you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed to provide a calming environment for all. Participants will need to bring their own mats! Reiki Second Degree Certification - August 30th, 2025 10-5:30pm

Reiki Second Degree is the next level of Reiki on your journey! When coming to a Reiki II class you will have spent some time becoming more familiar with the energy and how it flows through you. It is a natural progression when working with energy to want to learn more as well as have it flow through you more efficiently! In this class you will receive two additional attunements. You will learn the Power symbol and how this helps in increasing the flow of energy, the Psychological symbol that allows you to connect with the subconscious, and the Long Distance symbol that lets you send Reiki anywhere in the world! There will be time going in-depth on these symbols, delving into their uses, what and where you can use it, and also how to draw them! There will be space to discuss things that you have experienced since Reiki I as well as ample time to ask questions. You will spend time practicing Reiki with the symbols throughout the class! Archangelic Light Practitioner Certification September 27th, 2025

July 12th 10-5PM Archangelic Light is a gentle, high vibrational energy. It works with the angels, Archangels, as well as the divine feminine. AL goes directly to the root cause to promote healing on every realm-spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. You do not have to have any religious beliefs to perform Archangelic Light or to receive this energy. While it does help connect you more directly to source that can be whatever your higher being is. In this class you will receive an entrainment that allows you to be a channel for this energy. You will leave being able to offer yourself, others, plants, food, the earth, and anything you are divinely guided to share this energy with. AL is powerful and profound, known to awaken the third eye chakra and activate your intuition on many different levels. During this class you will learn how to use the energy, how to send AL long distance, become better acquainted with the mother goddesses, archangels, and have time to practice using this energy with others.
