Reiki First Degree Certification -August 22nd, 2026

August 22nd, 2026, 10:30-5:30PM In this class you will receive four attunements that will put you on the same frequency of Reiki energy! We are all made of energy, as is everything in this world. After receiving attunements it allows Reiki energy to flow through you. These attunements are the same that Dr. Usui did when he was teaching Reiki to his companions and students. Sound a little confusing? The best example would be if those not attuned to Reiki were on a AM frequency and Reiki energy is on a FM frequency. By the end of class you would be on that same FM frequency. You do not have to have a special gift or skills to be attuned to Reiki. We all have that love and light in us already, this class allows you to access/connect with this energy to share with yourself and others!

Alchemy and Embodiment Workshop July 25th, 2026 12-2PM

Have you ever wondered what Alchemy really is? How do we go from living an experience of things and events that have happened to us and make them into something beautiful and more. Do you feel like logically you have came to peace with things but feelings still linger in the body? Are you wanting to get out of your head into your body? If you have ever asked yourself these questions then this is the workshop for you! Through our time together you will see what it feels like to have an embodied experience and to alchemize. We will work with the breath, nidra, and energetic locks in the body! There will also be plenty of time to ask questions and to interact!

Join us for Yoga in the Galleries with Frannie Ayers of Zen Sister Healing! Experience the perfect blend of movement and artistic inspiration as you flow through poses surrounded by works of art. Yoga in the Galleries offers a chance to connect with both your body and the art around you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed to provide a calming environment for all. Participants will need to bring their own mats!
