Join us for Yoga in the Galleries with Frannie Ayers of Zen Sister Healing! Experience the perfect blend of movement and artistic inspiration as you flow through poses surrounded by works of art. Yoga in the Galleries offers a chance to connect with both your body and the art around you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed to provide a calming environment for all. Participants will need to bring their own mats! If you need assistance, contact us using the information below. Yoga in the Galleries is FREE for GMoA Members and $10 for Non-Members. 6 Week Kundalini Series- VIRTUAL Mondays, September 8th- October 13th, 5:45 - 6:45PM

Mondays, 5:45pm - 6:45pm Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. While you will build endurance and strength, Kundalini focuses on moving the spiritual energy in the body. You will be led through postures in repetition, work with the breath, mantra, and music to release blockages and to heal. These practices are suitable to all levels and ages. You will want to have a pillow and blanket handy! You will also receive a replay within 72 hours in case you missed this time!

Each month we gather to partake in a beautiful Cacao Ceremony using this ancient plant medicine to connect to our heart space. There will be sound healing, guided meditation, community, and divine connection in this space! No knowledge or experience needed!
