Reiki First Degree Certification -August 22nd, 2026

August 22nd, 2026, 10:30-5:30PM In this class you will receive four attunements that will put you on the same frequency of Reiki energy! We are all made of energy, as is everything in this world. After receiving attunements it allows Reiki energy to flow through you. These attunements are the same that Dr. Usui did when he was teaching Reiki to his companions and students. Sound a little confusing? The best example would be if those not attuned to Reiki were on a AM frequency and Reiki energy is on a FM frequency. By the end of class you would be on that same FM frequency. You do not have to have a special gift or skills to be attuned to Reiki. We all have that love and light in us already, this class allows you to access/connect with this energy to share with yourself and others!

Regulate Your Nervous System Workshop June 27th, 2026 10:30-12PM

This workshop allows you to learn tools to help you leave survival mode and enter into a space of peace. We will go over different breath practices, tapping tools, meditations, as well as some gentle movement/body practices that will regulate your nervous system. The more tools you gain to help you melt stress away the better success you will have at combating everyday life, anxiety, and you will build resiliency in everyday life. When you are able to regulate your nervous system you will find that it can help: Lower Blood Pressure Better Sleep Less Anxiety Less Stress Reduced Inflammation in the body More clarity in decision making Overall more joy in life.

Yoga in the Galleries offers a chance to connect with both your body and the art around you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed to provide a calming environment for all. Participants will need to bring their own mats! Meditation Meetup May 30th, 2026 11:30-1PM

Oftentimes meditation is not what is put out in the world right now. Our brains never stop, This class isn't about making the brain blank because that it not true meditation. This space will offer you tools to make your meditation practice sustainable and enjoyable! In this space we will do two meditations together, a guided meditation and a silent meditation. This is ideal for those wanting to be in community and share meditation, hear the hurdles of others to grow empathy, and to share what may have worked/ doesn't work for them in their practice. Spaces are limited!

Archangelic Light Practitioner Certification -July 25th, 2026

Archangelic Light is a gentle, high vibrational energy. It works with the angels, Archangels, as well as the divine feminine. AL goes directly to the root cause to promote healing on every realm-spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. You do not have to have any religious beliefs to perform Archangelic Light or to receive this energy. While it does help connect you more directly to source that can be whatever your higher being is. In this class you will receive an entrainment that allows you to be a channel for this energy. You will leave being able to offer yourself, others, plants, food, the earth, and anything you are divinely guided to share this energy with. AL is powerful and profound, known to awaken the third eye chakra and activate your intuition on many different levels. During this class you will learn how to use the energy, how to send AL long distance, become better acquainted with the mother goddesses, archangels, and have time to practice using this energy with others.
