New Moon Cacao Ceremony, September 21st, 2025 11am-12:15pm

No knowledge or experience needed!
Cacao is a an ancient plant medicine used to help open the heart. When used in ceremony, energy is built amongst participants creating a safe space to gather and tap into the heart space.
In this ceremony I will lead you through a small meditation, we will ingest the cacao, and have space to share your heart if guided. During the sharing process you will have the floor and will not be interrupted, offered advice, or asked to elaborate anymore than what you share. Space truly will be held for you in a beautiful, loving way.
This class is not ideal for those going through a mental health crisis, pregnant women, or those that are prone to severe depression.
The cacao used is ethically sourced from Guatemala.
This class will be limited to no more than 7 participants.
