Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. While you will build endurance and strength, Kundalini focuses on moving the spiritual energy in the body.
You will be led through postures in repetition, work with the breath, mantra, and music to release blockages and to heal.
These practices are suitable to all levels and ages. You will want to have a pillow and blanket handy! You will also receive a replay within 72 hours in case you missed this time!
